1. Medical form presented by Aquaria KLCC Dive Master must be fullfilled and it is the full

  2. All divers must be 14 years and above.

  3. Standard diving equipment will be provided with the exception of prescription masks for

      those who wear glasses.

  4. Certified divers must bring along the relevant certification for authentication purposes.

  5. Aquaria KLCC reserves the right to refuse any person(s) who fails to meet the criteria

      necessary.

  6. Payment of 50% from the total amount is required within 1 week upon booking prior to dive.
